Program Manager, Workplace Health & Safety Operational Excellence

As a Program Manager, you'll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change at Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You'll use strategic thinking to define and implement efficient project plans to support education and career growth of our Safety Professionals across the globe. You'll conduct research and analysis, with an eye on the long-term vision of the business. Key job responsibilities include :

• Coordinate and facilitate WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) training programs
• Create and implement innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in the organization
• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, with end-to-end ownership
• Enhance operational performance on programs in partnership with key stakeholders

A day in the life as a program manager will involve driving and managing the implementation of programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our WHS professionals. Working out of one of our three US-based offices, you will collaborate with central team partners and site-based customers to deliver world-class educational and developmental programs to our field based and corporate teams. The Program Manager role offers the opportunity to personally implement assigned programs as you facilitate and coordinate live, virtual and hybrid courses on a variety of topics relevant to WHS professionals. This role requires you to be an engaging and skilled classroom facilitator.
