Seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee operations, contract execution, and project management within the coatings or construction industry. This role is responsible for ensuring profitability, productivity, and compliance across multiple capital and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for project and contract execution.
• Manage P&L to drive profitability and increase margins.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure best practices on terms and conditions.
• Oversee project productivity through site reviews, operating rhythms, and performance tracking.
• Lead bid and contract review processes, including risk and opportunity assessments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while reducing labor, material, and administrative costs.
• Manage delay and change orders, earned value, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and quote packages using drawings, specifications, and site walk-throughs.
• Ensure quality assurance and documentation standards are met for all projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support bids, proposals, and project execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to address concerns proactively.
