Bilingual Tax Support Representative

A company is looking for a Bilingual Tax Software Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for tax / accounting software

Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving issues

Log results in the ticketing system and escalate when needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or higher level of education

Over six months of hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting and technical support

Basic computer skills (PC, Microsoft Office)

Proficient in both English and Spanish

Must pass background checks (employment, education, and professional reference verification)
