This is a full-time position that works Monday – Friday 8 : 30am -5 : 30pm. The pay is $16 -18 per hour with merit increases depending on experience and qualifications. This role is located at our center : 1118 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809

The Office Manager plays a central role in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-organized environment where children, families, and staff can thrive. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, this role blends administrative expertise with a people-first approach while managing front desk operations, supporting enrollment efforts, and serving as a key point of contact for families, community partners, and staff. We’re looking for someone who brings not only professionalism and attention to detail, but also vision, energy, and heart to everything they do. You’ll be supporting children's growth and helping Oaks Ridge Children’s Academy become the very best it can be.
