The Release Coordinator for Financial Crimes Technology is focused on end-to-end management of scheduled and off-cycle releases ensuring compliance. This role involves coordinating releases, preparing documentation, and verifying releases. The individual will serve as a local point of contact and subject matter expert in enterprise change standards, with a focus on improving the quality, capability, or efficiency of the release process. We are seeking a dedicated individual contributor with strong hands-on experience in all aspects of release management.
Required Top 5 Skills
3-5 years of experience in release management activities.3-5 years of quality testing experience.Competent understanding of various SDLC methodologies from waterfall through agile.Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and effectively prioritize work to meet competing deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Tableau.Experience with onsite-offshore coordination.Familiarity with Program / Project Management, Change Management, Risk Management, and Lean Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go / No-Go reviews.Provide weekly release reporting and communicate release details and schedules to the business as required.Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities while continually working towards process improvements.Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.Conduct weekly governance review routines with technical teams, reviewing release status, quality, and changes to standards.Company Benefits & Culture
