We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring that our clients' visions are brought to life. The Event Sales Coordinator will work closely with clients to understand their needs, craft event concepts, and coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial inquiry to final execution.

Job : On site

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range : $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event proposals that meet client needs and expectations
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and accommodations
  • Act as the primary contact for clients during the planning process, providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure services
  • Monitor event budgets and expenditures, providing financial reports as needed
  • Assist in developing marketing materials to promote events and drive sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with business goals

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in event coordination or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
