We’re Hiring : Project Manager – Construction

LMC Corporation is looking for a Project Manager with JOC experience and strong skills in Line Item Estimating to join our team. This role is all about taking ownership—managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and making sure projects deliver on time and on point.

What you’ll do :

• Manage projects end-to-end : planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
• Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.
• Review and approve vendor / subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices.
• Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.
• Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
