Title : Healthcare Project Manager - Clinical Program Delivery
Company : Healthcare company
Location : 100% remote EST hours required, local candidates strongly preferred
Start : ASAP
Duration : 1 year expectation + possible extensions + ability and interest to convert perm without sponsorship required
Must Haves :
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare project management
- Experience in a healthcare payer environment is strongly preferred (healthcare provider background acceptable)
- Proven track record of leading complex projects in clinical or healthcare operations
- Expertise in project planning tools and managing integrated project plans
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to track project KPIs, assess risks, and manage dependencies
- High degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering results
- Comfortable using Excel, Teams, and other project collaboration tools
- Exposure to clinical workflows or delivery models in a healthcare setting
