Pupford's mission is to help dog owners create healthier and happier relationships with their pets. Founded by Michael Steele, the company focuses on companionship, nutrition, and training to enhance the well-being of dogs and their parents.

Role Description

We’re seeking a creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer & Photographer to visually bring the Pupford brand to life across all customer touchpoints. You’ll produce engaging visuals and content that convert, educate, and build trust with pet parents across paid ads, social, web, email, and packaging. You must be passionate about design, obsessed with creating scroll-stopping images and videos, and genuinely excited about dogs.

Graphic Design (60%)

  • Design compelling creative for Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, email, SMS, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate concepts into high-performing visual content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
  • Contribute to packaging, product mockups, and retail-ready graphics
  • Create assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and educational series

Photography & Content Creation (40%)

  • Shoot high-quality photos of products, dogs, and lifestyle scenes (in-home or on-location)
  • Edit and retouch photos for use across digital platforms
  • Direct and capture product-in-use shots (especially training treats, chews, jerky, etc.)
  • Assist with short-form video production (optional but highly valuable)

    • Skills & Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in graphic design and photography (e-commerce or CPG preferred)
  • Strong portfolio that includes ad creative, product photography, and digital campaign design
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment (we test A / B ads weekly)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines
  • Must love dogs (seriously, this isn’t optional)

    • Bonus Skills

  • Experience shooting content specifically for TikTok, IG Reels, or UGC-style content
  • Animation or motion graphics experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager
  • Video editing for short-form or YouTube content
  • Work with a team that’s passionate about helping pups (and their humans) thrive
