Position Title : Construction Site Manager (Commercial)

Pay Range : $100,000-$140,000 per year (plus performance and year-end bonuses)
Eilers Construction is a fast-growing, family-oriented general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and government projects. We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager (Commercial) to oversee projects ranging from $5M to $15M. This full-time, on-site leadership role directs crews, maintains jobsite safety and cleanliness, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead construction crews on-site (1-20 workers).
- Maintain daily jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Oversee daily project execution and enforce safety protocols (OSHA standards).
- Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Schedule, delegate, and motivate crews to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specs, and maintain redlines / as-builts.
- Coordinate material deliveries, rentals, utility locates, and equipment logistics.
- Ensure proper documentation including daily reports, quantities, receipts, and binders.
- Identify scope changes and communicate potential change orders to PMs.
- Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs and ensure the jobsite is cleaned daily.
- Perform field inspections and ensure all work complies with plans and codes.
- Direct and perform skilled work as needed (framework, drywall, ceiling, fixtures, etc.).
- Manage onsite issues and delays and communicate impacts to PM and team.
Qualifications
5+ years of field experience with 2-4 years in a supervisory role.Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $5M-$15M range.Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specs.30-hour OSHA certification required (or 10-hour with ability to complete 30 within 90 days).Experience with Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel; willingness to learn Sage software.Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage jobsite safety, production rates, scheduling, and quality control.Physically able to lift 50-80 lbs., climb ladders, operate tools, and assess jobsite conditions.Valid driver's license required.Benefits

Full-Time | Monday-FridayTypical hours between 6 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM depending on project needsOccasional weekend work based on jobsite demandsWork Location
