Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, select, and manage talent.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership skills in Supervisors.
  • Ensure adequate resources to meet service expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with brand leaders.

Collaboration and Service

  • Act as the primary contact for regional leaders.
  • Handle critical escalations and local leadership questions.
  • Collaborate with the National Operations Center leadership team on interdependencies.
  • Work with finance and accounting to improve practices.
  • Ensure team performance against KPIs.
  • Operational Oversight

  • Ensure all escrow support tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Monitor workflow dashboards to maintain up-to-date task lists without overdue items.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, tax certificates, HOA certificates, surveys, payoff statements, and lien releases.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all real estate transactions.
  • Risk Management

  • Identify and assess risks associated with escrow transactions.
  • Implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Process Improvement

  • Design and optimize processes.
  • Drive standardization and adherence to processes.
  • Gain efficiencies through automation, outsourcing, and cross-training.
  • Develop controls to mitigate operational risk.
  • Use feedback to continuously improve service.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow support or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Multi-State experience in real estate transaction processing and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using escrow and real estate software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands effectively.
