Lead Administrator - IT Ops - Site Services (Carpinteria)

As the Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the IT site services for several manufacturing facilities across the Americas region. You will lead a team of about 5 site services technicians. Supervise the day-to-day operations of Help Desk / Site Support. Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems. Create and manage escalation procedures and ensure service levels are maintained. Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggest improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. May assist higher level supervisor.

You will report to the Manager, Technical Services Integrations and report to our Carpinteria, CA location.

What we're looking for :

• Education : A bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience managing a team of IT technicians in manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management tools
• Experience with PC, mobile, VDI, network, hosting, and printer technologies and vendors.
• Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the ability to comply with its requirements for the handling and export of controlled technical data and equipment.

o Handheld devices Management

o Site Relationship Management (IT liaison with local site management)

o ELT Support (customized support at select sites)

o Front-Office Printer Management

Pay Transparency :

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$66,100.00 - $110,200.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
