A company is looking for an Operations & Enablement Lead, Care Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the embedded systems expert for the Care Coordination department, understanding workflows and performance drivers
Lead implementation projects for new tools and enhancements related to Care Coordination
Partner with technical teams to align system functionality with Care Coordination workflows and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in business systems analysis, systems configuration, or tooling strategy, preferably in healthcare operations
Familiarity with workflow automation, system integrations, and vendor collaboration
Strong technical fluency and ability to understand system logic and data flows
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to gather requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
