Regional Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

FlexStaff is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse to work for one of our external clients, a non-profit organization that provide and manages long-term healthcare services. In this role you will conduct home visits to provide nursing to patients in home setting.

We have three openings for the below designated areas (one position for each area) :

• Manhattan and Bronx, NY
• Bronx, NY
• Queens, NY

In this role you will be conducting routine visits to perform wound care, administer medications, and complete general health assessments.

Must have a car and a valid NYS driver's license. Mileage reimbursement.

This is a permanent, full-time job. Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM, 37.5 hours per week. Available for weekends / nights coverage as needed.

An ideal candidate would have a nursing degree, a valid NYS RN License and minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in a certified home health agency (CHHA), acute care, medical surgical, and / or critical care experience.
