The Challenge

The Development Experience engineering team is looking for a software engineer who relishes the challenge of improving the teams efficiency and insight through automation.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop automated processes to en hance and enable developer workflows
• Maintain and support internal multi-language tools
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to discover ways to i ncrease developer e fficiency and productivity
• Work closely with engineering team members to integration new developer workflow solutions into daily processes
• Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving global development team with clear positive and constructive communication
• Positively influence the culture and mindset of the team and Engineering Operations organization

Requirements :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$242000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
