Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Electrical Controls Engineers.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and development.
  • Manage component ordering for projects.
  • Solve complex problems related to process and control systems.
  • Oversee projects from concept through installation.
  • Collaborate closely with Machine Designers and Project Managers to ensure project accuracy and completion.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of PLC programming experience.
  • Proficiency in Allen Bradley RSLogix5000 and Siemens S7 Controls.
  • Skilled in leading and mentoring a team of electrical engineers.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary : $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, life insurance, bonuses, and more.
