Location : Rapid City, South Dakota Company : Kieffer Sanitation A Waste Connections Company Pay Range : $18 $22 per hour Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm | Friday 7 : 30am - 2 : 30pm

What You'll Do :

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver that ensures a positive experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include :

• Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes
• Accepting and processing customer payments
• Investigating and resolving billing inquiries
• Updating and maintaining customer account information
• Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs
