Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Superintendent to oversee the construction phase of our remodeling projects. This individual will be the on-site leader responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to our high standards, on schedule, and within budget. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and maintain a safe and organized job site while representing the company professionally to clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential remodeling projects from demolition through final completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, design specifications, and local building codes.
  • Monitor job progress, proactively addressing delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and designers to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations.
  • Manage jobsite documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a superintendent, foreman, or lead carpenter in residential remodeling.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade sequencing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in basic project management and scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-end or luxury residential projects.
  • Familiarity with design-build processes.
  • OSHA safety training certification.
