Responsibilities :

Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.

Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.

Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.

Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.

Other duties as assigned.

May be required to stack parts up to 50 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours .

Shifts :

1st shift- 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm

2nd shift- 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm

3rd shift- 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am

  • Must be able to work ALL shifts as assigned.

    • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must have a good attendance record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a basic understanding to follow instructions in English
  • Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment.

    • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment. Preference given to candidates with previous experience.

  • Experience : Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment. Preference given to candidates with previous experience.
  • Agility : Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
