Pay : 48.08 to 56.25 per hour depending on experience. Midpoint 52.88. Hourly conversion of 100000 to 117000 annually based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year

Job Description

Lead a Level III NICU serving the Greater Orlando area. Own daily operations, staffing, quality, and patient experience for a high acuity neonatal unit.

Key responsibilities

Assign nurses to acuity and maintain safe ratios

Lead performance improvement, safety, and patient experience work

Manage budget, supplies, and capital needs

Recruit, onboard, and develop team members

Collaborate across womens and childrens services for seamless care

Qualifications

2 plus years recent NICU leadership Manager or Charge

4 plus years staff NICU RN experience

Active RN license. AHA BLS within 30 days. NRP within 6 months

BSN required. Masters preferred
