Seeking Field Service Technician with hands-on experience in PLC-based control systems to support field installations and upgrades of automated electrical panels in exchange for competitive wages, significant overtime, and comprehensive benefits.
This position involves extensive travel to client job sites to perform wiring, upgrades, and troubleshooting of PLC systems and related components including I / O, safety circuits. Programming is not required but the ability to assist in guided troubleshooting is essential.

Travel & Overtime Expectations- Automation and Controls Technician :
Must be willing to travel 100% and work extended OT hours July-November.Holiday break starts mid-November, work resumes early January.This is a 3+ year project with potential for growth and long-term employment.Responsibilities - Automation and Controls Technician :
Travel to job sites to perform upgrades on existing PLC-based control boxesReport to Bentonville, AR office to collect tools, supplies, and company vehicleWire and reconfigure PLC I / O in control panels; maintain clean, well-organized layoutsPerform guided troubleshooting and basic adjustments with remote supportRead and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and panel layoutsWork closely with on-site electricians and spotters to complete tasks safely and efficientlyMaintain consistent communication with project managers and field supervisorsEnsure each installation meets company quality and safety standardsComplete each assignment on schedule before proceeding to the next jobQualifications - Automation and Controls Technician :
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial control systems and panel wiringFamiliarity with Siemens PLC hardwareAble to read and interpret control schematics and wiring diagramsExperience working with VFDs, HMIs, and safety switches preferredHighly organized and attentive to detail in tight wiring environmentsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAble to pass a 7-year background check and clean drug panel (CBD / THC not tested)Willing and able to travel regularly and work extended hours July – November.
