Forklift Operator with CDL-A License – 1st & 2nd Shift

New Holland, PA

$24–$26 / hr | Weekly pay, Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators with a valid CDL-A license for a leading food warehouse in New Holland, PA. This role combines forklift operation with CDL duties, offering variety, stability, and growth in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do :

Operate high-reach stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Pick and stage products in a refrigerated warehouse

Load / unload trailers, rotate stock, and maintain accurate inventory

Transfer products between departments / buildings

Maintain equipment sanitation and safe work areas

Safely move trailers and equipment as a yard jockey (upon hire)

What We’re Looking For :

Valid CDL Class A license (required)

1+ year warehouse or forklift experience

Stand-up forklift experience required (certification or willingness to obtain)

Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet

Comfortable in refrigerated warehouse temperatures

English communication skills (read, write, speak)

Shifts Available : 1st shift

2nd shift
