Job Description

Develop and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for preconstruction projects.

Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to optimize project scope and value engineering.

Oversee bid preparation, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.

Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations to minimize potential impacts.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.

Lead preconstruction meetings to align stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in the preconstruction department.

Track and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with established goals and timelines.
