Viewlicity, the company behind PuttView, is an innovative SportsTech company based in Hamburg, Germany, with a strong focus on Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR). PuttView Indoor has already revolutionized Golf Putting Practice – evidenced by that fact that today, the best players and coaches rely on our technology, Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Rose und Phil Kenyon among them. With PuttView X, we have launched the first AR sports application for Microsoft HoloLens.

To support our growing team in Charlotte, NC, we are seeking an Installation Technician for our Indoor products based in the Charlotte area.

• What you will do
• Work directly with our technical project managers to understand and confirm project requirements
• Carry out end-to-end, high quality installations of PuttView systems nationwide, incl. Putting Green, Projector, PC, Network Equipment, Wiring
• Configure and calibrate PuttView software on site or remotely, ensuring the system performance confirms with our high quality standards
• Ensure positive relations with customers and coworkers, continuously showing a service-oriented attitude customers expect for a high-end product
• During weeks without on-site installations, support our Operations team in our production and warehouse facility in Charlotte, NC with production and warehouse-related tasks
• Establish best practices and processes to continuously improve installation quality and efficiency
• Support our team where needed to help the PuttView business grow
• What you will bring
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to use all hand tools needed for installing greens and for securing and terminating wires / cables
• Solid understanding of basic AV and PC components
• Good communication skills through email, phone and in person
• Passion, drive and excellent work ethic as well as the ability to start and carry out projects without direct supervision
• Ability to travel nationwide; up to 100% travel
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Vocational education or a degree in engineering as well as basic knowledge of golf and putting are a plus
