    • Your Role :

    As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll dive into a hot desk with active roles from day one, learning to master the recruitment process and build your market expertise. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Talent Sourcing : Identifying and vetting high-caliber candidates.
  • Relationship Building : Engaging with clients and candidates to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insight : Staying current with industry trends to offer expert consultation.
  • Client Collaboration : Attending meetings, shadowing senior recruiters, and building your skillset through hands-on experience.
