Facility Services Coordinator

Coordinate facility services for assigned areas.

• Coordinate, organize and complete daily moves and set-up requests within the designated time frames.
• Ensure installations conform to customer requests and safety standards.
• Receive and distribute materials throughout the facility to include interoffice mail.
• Process outgoing mail.
• Respond to questions and / or concerns from staff.
• Ensure smooth operations of kitchen, storeroom, and office supply inventory program, focusing on reducing inventory levels.
• Monitor office supply and food spending for meetings.
• Oversee receipts and disbursements of office supply inventory.
• Make trips to suppliers when necessary.
• May create purchase orders for assigned areas.
• Set up audio visual equipment or other items as requested.
• Provide back-up to other facilities services coordinators and receptionists on an as needed basis.
