At ARIA, classic American cuisine is elevated with modern touches, highlighting seasonal ingredients and creative presentations. With the artistry and energy of Milwaukee’s Theater District as its backdrop, ARIA offers guests a dining experience that is refined, warm, and memorable.

What will you be doing?

• Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
• Present menus, describe dishes and specials, and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, polished manner, ensuring proper presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling drinks, offering additional items, and checking in throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with servers, server assistants, bartenders, and management to provide seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Assist with other duties as requested by management.
