A growing organization is seeking a licensed Attorney to handle litigation and regulatory matters. This role involves direct legal support across departments, with a focus on collections and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent the company in court proceedings related to collections and probate
  • Draft legal documents and manage case filings
  • Advise teams on legal and regulatory issues
  • Monitor changes in laws affecting operations
  • Support leadership in assessing legal risks
  • Coordinate with external counsel as needed

Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong communication, judgment, and independent work skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
