SEC Reporting Analyst
Location : St. Petersburg, Florida (hybrid schedule (2 days at home)
Pay Range : $80,000-$90,000

SEC Reporting Analyst Job Responsibilities :
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, SEC filings, and related disclosures.
Research and analyze complex accounting and SEC reporting issues, including GAAP and regulatory guidance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to address accounting questions and support audit processes.
Assist with the implementation of new or revised accounting standards, SEC reporting requirements, and related process improvements.
Support management with board reports, financial presentations, and other reporting needs.
Prepare reporting packages and supporting documentation for external reporting and SEC disclosures.
Assist with journal entries and ad-hoc projects related to financial reporting.
Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency in financial reporting.
SEC Reporting Analyst Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
CPA is a PLUS
3-10 years of accounting experience with SEC reporting and public company financial statements.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules. (10K & 10Q)
