Sales Support Specialist

Caterpillar's Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support dealer core return processes. This position will provide support and training to our dealer network and internal users in the areas of remanufactured core returns, core inspection, crediting, process improvement, and logistics.

This position will work out of one of the following Remanufacturing facilities : Nuevo Laredo, M, Corinth, MS, or Dallas, TX. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a requirement for this position. Some travel required (less than 15% of working time).

What You Will Do :

• Provide global support to dealers and internal users primarily in South America and Mexico with backup support to dealers in any geographic region in the world.
• Manage dealer relations and influence changes affecting dealer working capital and Reman parts operations.
• Make decisions on dealer inquiries impacting core deposit refunds.
• Interpret Core Acceptance Criteria for Reman exchange and direct purchase parts.
• Support the use of Reman's Core Management Information System (CMIS 2); maintain dealer customer profiles, process discrepancies, data analysis, and execute policy adjustments.
• Train dealers and internal users on CMIS 2 application, core return processes, and policies.
• Resolve customer credit discrepancies and provide final decisions on contested issues.
• Support internal core inspection operations. Assist in resolving logistics, transportation, or compliance-related issues.
• Answer inquiries via email and phone and resolve core issues using Salesforce.com.
• Use various corporate systems for acceptable core analysis and ensure correct core credits are issued.

Summary Pay Range : $87,480.00 - $131,280.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
