DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Our dedicated and enthusiastic nursing team provides round-the-clock care, seven days a week. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care with a focus on age-specific patient-centered approaches and perform various other duties as needed. Responsibilities include participating in hospital and department orientation, completing necessary classes and exams, and engaging in staff development initiatives. Additionally, you will assist with activities of daily living, skin care, room maintenance, and mealtimes while following hospital policies and procedures. You will also comply with safety protocols, adhere to time and attendance guidelines, and act as a patient advocate to protect their consumer rights.
