Job Description

Madison Park Christian Church is seeking an Elementary / Junior High Student Minister. The Student Ministry at Madison Park Church exists to facilitate life change in Jesus through helping people experience life within the Kingdom of God. This ministry utilizes relationships primarily through conversations, programming, events, and camps to help children and families engage in meaningful ways with God as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and then to live out of that relationship in a way that expands God's Kingdom here and now.

The person filing the staff leadership role of Student Minister for Elementary and Jr High Ministries also contributes to the overall ministry of the church according to his / her gifts and passions. This role remains flexible and can be changed as the church and staff's needs and interests change (through consultation with the leadership team and elders). Ministry Focus Points are reviewed annually.

Spiritually mature and dedicated Christian.

Staff report to David Beuttel for basic guidance and leadership within Student Ministry.

Empowered to carry out all ministry roles as led and agreed upon by the Student Ministry team.

Lead Elementary and Jr High Student Ministries.

Target being lost young families and to reengage church families.
