Overview

As a Producer in our Risk Placement Services (RPS) division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and managing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that align with client needs and objectives.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
• Risk Assessment : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
• Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote RPS services.
