OPEN POSITION :

  • Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Practice SCHEDULE : - Full-Time - Flexible Options Available - No Evenings - No Weekends - No Holidays COMPENSATION : - $240,000 to $300,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience - Negotiable Sign-On Bonus - Regular RVU Bonuses - Shareholder Options - Malpractice Insurance w / Tail - Health / Dental / Vision - STD / LTD / Life Insurance - 36 Days Paid Time Off - $3,000 Annual CME Allowance - 401k w / 4% Match - Many Other Perks & Benefits LOCATION : Yonkers, New York COMPANY PROFILE : This organization is a physician-led, patient-centric healthcare network.  The company has several divisions to ensure they’re able to meet a full spectrum of patient needs, including primary care, specialty services, in-home visits, telemedicine, and more.  They serve millions of patients across the country every year, improving health outcomes while achieving exemplary satisfaction.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

  • The new physician will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated, multi-disciplinary care team.  Physicians are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in a comfortable, modern outpatient setting.  This includes scribes and staff to perform clinical administrative tasks, ensuring physicians are able to focus solely on patient care.
  • The physician provides a full scope of primary care services to patients.  This includes, but is not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.

    • Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to :

  • review patient histories - perform physical examinations - evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care - refer patients to specialists as needed - review test results and recommend suitable management - prescribe medications - formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans - communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.
  • The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.

    • REQUIREMENTS :
