KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Wash utensils and machinery; using hot or cold water as required.
• Operate machinery as needed.
• Knowledge of chemical dilutions and concentration.
• Follow PPE procedures.
• Knowledge of washing procedures by zones.
• Knowledge of color coding procedures.
• Quality Control in the area.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED :

We are seeking experienced dishwashers to join our sanitation team! You will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, operating, or emptying the equipment or technology at any step of the sanitation process.
