Senior Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in CaliforniaAt least 7 years of experience handling FEHA cases, employment law matters, including harassment and discriminationAbility to independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolutionStrong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documentsExperience representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearingsExcellent communication skills with a client-focused approachSenior Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills :
Familiarity with additional employment law areas such as wage & hour or wrongful terminationCollaborative, compassionate, and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client advocacy
