Python Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Python Backend Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

Estimate, plan, and implement software development work

Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and improve modules

Maintain and enhance the existing codebase, applying software engineering best practices

Qualifications :

6+ years of experience designing and developing web service applications

Strong experience with web services / APIs (REST, JSON, OpenAPI / Swagger)

Proficiency with modern Python frameworks (FastAPI / Flask, SQLAlchemy Core, etc.)

Strong experience with relational databases and SQL query optimization (Postgres)

Strong experience with Git and collaborative software development
