Facilities Engineering Operations Manager

Sodexo is hiring our Facilities Engineering Operations Manager for La Sierra University, in Riverside, CA. Our leader will have strong operational management skills, schedule mechanical work, identify gaps in services, and take a preventative approach. This role will be client-driven and have experience documenting capital project details and entering financial information for the team. Our successful candidate will be experienced with hands-on integrated facilities management project management, writing the scope of work, delegating to skilled trades, and managing multiple mechanical and engineering priorities. Pristine grounds are the hallmark of our campus, our leader will have experience managing sports turf fields successfully. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! This role will report directly to our client in the Director's absence, strong mechanical expertise and professional polish are required for success in the role.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum education requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum management experience - 3 years

Minimum functional experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
