Mercy Clinic 65 Prime Plus - North County 637 Dunn\n\nSchedule : Monday - Friday, 0800-1630\n\nNo weekends or holidays!\n\nMercy 65 Prime+ Clinics are a new primary care service designed specifically for Medicare beneficiaries. Patients receive extended office visit times and closer monitoring of chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. As a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) in this clinic, you will work closely with the providers to triage incoming calls / messages, educate patients, follow-up with patients, and assist with various clinic tasks as needed.\n\nLPN Qualifications : \n

• Education : Diploma in Practical Nursing\n
• Licensure : Active LPN license\n\nRN Qualifications : \n
• Education : Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree\n
• Licensure : Active RN license\n\nHighly Preferred Skills : \n
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.\n
• Experience working with geriatric populations.\n
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.\n
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).\n
• Excellent time management and prioritization.\n
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.\n\nMercy Key Benefits : \n
