Job Description

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Travel Vascular IR Tech to join a highly respected Level One Trauma Hospital in Morgantown, WV. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly impact patient care.

As a Vascular IR Tech, you will assist physicians with minimally invasive image-guided procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety throughout. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in collaborative hospital settings and are eager to make a difference.

Responsibilities

Prepare and operate specialized radiologic equipment for vascular and interventional procedures.

Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures.

Monitor patient condition and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, supplies, and patient records.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members in a high-acuity hospital environment.

Education & Certification Requirements

ARRT certification (RT(R), with VI or CV preferred).

BLS / ACLS certification (must be current).

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience , preferably in vascular procedures.

Previous Level One Trauma or large acute care hospital experience strongly preferred.
