We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this role, you will assist with labeling and filing blueprints while ensuring all documentation is accurately stored and easily accessible. This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week. Ability to work a weekend shift is a plus!
Responsibilities :
- Organize and file blueprints systematically for efficient retrieval.
- Accurately label documents to ensure proper identification and classification.
- Maintain a clean and organized filing area to support smooth operations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure files are stored securely and remain intact.
- Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or filing issues.
- Reorganize and update filing systems as needed to improve efficiency.
- Comply with company policies and procedures related to document management.
- Assist in preparing files for audits or reviews when requested.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Proven experience in filing or document management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive files with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with labeling and categorizing documents.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for managing digital file records.
