Travel Administrator (Project Analysis, Analyst)

The MIL Corporation seeks a Travel Administrator to support a Federal Government client at our Dunn Loring, Virginia location. This position currently requires a fully on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company / contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel authorizations for personnel.
• Resolve processing issues with travel authorizations.
• Oversee visa / passport applications via vendors or directly with embassies.
• Submit and manage electronic country clearance (eCC) requests.
• Review travel vouchers and ensure compliance with Federal Travel Regulations.
• Maintain reporting related to travel authorizations / vouchers.
• Disseminate updates on travel policy changes.
• Provide office management assistance.

BA / BS or relevant experience.

Clearance

All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Additional benefits and incentives may also apply, which will be communicated during the hiring process. For this position, the projected compensation range is $105,000 - $125,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
