MDS Coordinator RN Registered Nurse

Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN Registered Nurse to fill a full-time , salaried position in our skil led nursing facilit y .

Some of the duties of MDS Coordinator RN Registered Nurse will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and residents to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

Don't forget...

• An active state Illinois RN license is required.
• Understanding of the MDS process : coordination, scheduling and completion.
• SNF / long-term care experience.
