PA Licensed Inside Claims Representative

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

Investigates and adjudicates liability and property claims, ensuring compliance with state laws

Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates and negotiates claims

Responds to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and claimants while maintaining knowledge of relevant laws

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred

Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframes
