P3 Certification is a Plus, Teaching Certificate and or Teacher Substitute certificate is helpful. Experience required in an Urban preschool district and supervisory experience within an Urban center, understanding of the CACFP requirements ECERS & TPOT assessments and Teaching Strategies Gold. Understanding of the NJ Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Bilingual a plus. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate childcare staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. Collaborate with parents and community partners to support children's individual needs and foster a sense of belonging and community. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, school district regulations, health and safety standards, and program policies and procedures. Manage program budgets, enrollment, and administrative tasks effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse school population, foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
