We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent HVAC Lead Foreman to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HVAC systems and construction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and coordinating the work of HVAC technicians on various construction projects. This is a critical role that requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

As our HVAC Lead Foreman, you will :

1. Supervise and coordinate activities of HVAC technicians in installing and maintaining HVAC systems on various construction projects.

2. Review blueprints and job specifications to determine the type and amount of materials required for each project.

3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and regulations are met.

4. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians, fostering a positive learning environment.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC related issues promptly and efficiently.

6. Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to plan and execute projects.

7. Ensure all installations are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

8. Manage inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.

9. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated work costs.

10. Handle any escalated customer service issues related to HVAC installation or maintenance.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair in a construction environment.

2. Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is required.

3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

8. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within budget constraints.

9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

10. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

11. HVAC certification is preferred.

12. Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
