What You'll Do :

• Patient Care Expert : Provide high-quality care to patients with acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses, ensuring they receive the best care based on their diagnosis and needs.
• Assess & Plan : Use the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement the delivery of care. You'll evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Team Player : Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in committees and program evaluations to improve care delivery.
• Mentor & Educate : Supervise students, share your knowledge, and contribute to the education of others in the field.
• Stay Compliant : Perform duties in accordance with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and all relevant organizational and regulatory requirements.
