Home Health Occupational Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, for a per diem or part time opportunity performing home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide rehabilitative therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Saugus, Lynn, Salem and surrounding towns.

Prior home health experience is not required. As a home health Occupational Therapist , you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Occupational Therapist, OT Qualifications :

A current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
