Job Summary : Responsible for but not limited to maintenance and continuous improvement of QMS per IATF 16949.i
Required Education and Experience :
Community College courses in Quality related discipline
Strong communicator in the English language, both written and oral
Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in similar role
Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of time management
Experience in an industrial fabrication assembly environment preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organizational skills
Essential Functions :
Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949 and internal Martinrea procedures
Develop and implement new quality management system documents and procedures upon demand
Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal auditing program
Perform internal audits to IATF16949 as required
Follows up closure of IATF 16949 internal audit CARs
Collaborate with notified bodies during external audits
Conduct technical training for employees concerning quality management system per IATF 16949 and subsequent documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms)
Coordinate and supervise activities of the internal testing laboratory
Calibration system management in the QA lab
Participate in second party audits
Lead Layered Process Audit System and CAR follow up
Assist in the analysis and preparation of the Management Review process
Review and perform gap analysis on all customer CSR's, facilitates the implementation of CSR's
Provide information to the Quality Manager for use in management performance measureable review
Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following : Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems , Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook
