HonorVet Technologies is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

  • Shifts : 3 x 12s (we also have 4 x 12 option for this)
  • Timing : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM
  • Type of Facility :  Short Term acute Care Hospital
  • Location :  12300 McCracken Rd, Garfield Heights, OH 44125
  • Schedule :  To be decided by manager or supervisor once you hit the floor. Can try to request blocked schedule.

Job Description :

  • Nursing Float pool medsurge Telemetry
  • Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
  • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.
  • Charting system used Epic

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license in the state of Ohio or Compact / Multistate License.
  • Must have a minimum of 18 months of recent MS experience.
  • Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before taking travel assignments.
  • Certifications Required : BLS and ACLS
  • Patient Ratios : 1 : 6

    • Cleveland Clinic - Marymount Hospital ($2287 / week for 36 hours)
